So here is why I’m passionate about helping you out!

I’m a former college athlete and I made BIG mistakes with my nutrition!  I knew very little about properly fueling my body and nobody was talking to me about it either. 

Fast forward to now and I’m a mother raising athletes and so it was time to get serious about nutrition for my family.

But honestly, it wasn’t until I started to dig deeper and learn all about the POWER of WHOLE FOODS that the pieces of the puzzle fit together for me! And now I want to share what I have learned, discovered and researched (and frankly fallen in love with)…with YOU!
